ConnectMeAnywhere: Mobile VoIP calling without any software to install

For its new session, our 21talkshow podcast welcomes Paul Maitland, business director of ConnectMeAnywhere. As his predecessors, we gives him four minutes to present his company’s fresh VoIP service. ConnectMeAnywhere (CMA) has many common aspects with Talkster, by providing low-cost phone calls for mobile and landline phone users without any additional software to download or PC.
The transcript is just right here:
0:29 - CMA was founded with the common belief that it was possible to use yourmobile phone to make international calls without taking out a second mortgage. The CMA team believes they have achieved this goal and have made the mobile phone more mobile!
1:26 - CMA will give you a new local calling number for each contact; just call the local number to connect worldwide at low-cost rates with no complicated dialling patterns or without switching providers. CMA is currently available for free registration in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, France, Singapore, the Netherlands with others countries coming online soon.
2:13 - V-Mail cleverly enables you to allocate a contacts email address to a local number as you currently do a phone number for the Core CMA service. When you dial this number you will be asked to leave a message. Once you have left your voice message simply follow the voice prompts to listen, amend or send. Your message is sent as an MP3 in an email to your contacts email address.
3:08 - This new offering comes just three weeks after our launch and we have a host of new services lined up for the end of 2006.
3:26 - We are very pleased with CMA’s growth and we are keen to continue on our current roadmap which to date has been totally angel funded. CMA’s fantastic response in the marketplace is now moving us towards series A funding which will help the business expand.
_Note: If you do know or own some VoIP services, you can send a podcast to net.gmx@toluna (reverse the order to get the correct email). The few rules are listed here.

This has nothing in common with Talkplus.
It seems to me like Rebtel part 2 with 6 countries only available.
Pat: We were not talking about TalkPlus, but Talkster. Talkster doesn’t require any additional software to download, dialing habits change, works with mobile and landline phone. For the registration part, users are asked to create their own profile on their web site, then include their contact list, to reach them either on their IM, either on their mobile.
But you’re totally right about the Rebtel part, and the new phone number. Well, it’s a quick comparison.
