Windows Live for Mobile beta launched

Without much fanfare, Windows Live is unveiling its version for mobile. The application suite to download here on its cellphone shows the now classic services Windows Live is offering (Maps, news, weathers, Web search among others). Note that Windows Live Messenger misses the beta launch. It will come “soon”, indicates the company. But on technology purposes or because Microsoft has made partnership with some mobile phone carriers, in America and in Europe, to bundle their services?
