Vonage sued by shareholders

To be filed under Nightmare. Vonage is six feet under its IPO dust. The broadband telephony company, which previously warned to go after customers who won’t pay their shares, is sued by its shareholders.

“Motley Rice LLC hereby gives notice that it has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey on behalf of purchasers of the common stock of Vonage Holdings Corp,” the law firm saysIn a statement (via cnet)

If this keep going like this, the Vonage’s public introduction would certainly become an academic study case for MBA students. Maybe they find some tricks to help Vonage shares take off from its mere current $12 level.
