Update roundup: Snimmer, Adium, Skype 2.6
-
-
For the IM people, three short news.
- Snimmer, an “universal IM” and not an all-in-one chat client (they insist), is on its alpha (early) development. As first glance, the interface looks very familiar with Meebo or KoolIM, that is putting every popular IM into one place.
- Adium X, an all-in-one chat client (and not an universal IM), updates its beta version to fix file transfers over Google Talk, and connect to LiveJournal Jabber client.
- Skype VoIP client is heading to its 2.6 version. Some cool new features? Some: a voice access API (for experimental application as KishKish VSA) and a new sound audio library. Only Windows users may download it.
