Straight right from the imagination of another graduate of Royal College of Art in London, Duncan Wilson’s Cup Communicator refers to the ‘two-cans and string’ phone children use to make, but include some wireless system. Callers still use their two hands, but could chat a longer distance.

About the concept. “By designing a communication device focused on the gesture of use, the relationship between the users and between the user and object I aim to explore the potential of the product as a medium for interaction and reassess the way we use technology,” said the designer.
