Skype is building some call-center features

Lately, at the VON Conference in Berlin, Skype Senior Director Jonathan Christensen told another ’soon’ announcement: “We’re currently working on a call-center service. And there are more enterprise services on the way. So stay tuned.”
More services are nice. But Skype still isn’t the most popular VoIP client to network administrators. And it’s still looking to enter the business market.
