Skype extends the Google Pack

A pact of alliance? Google Pack has included Skype VoIP application. Google Pack, the suite of optional applications provided for free by the search engine to Internet users from 27 countries (but you already know it), contains mostly Google standalone applications like Google Talk, Picassa, or Google Video, as long as the Mozilla Firefox browser, and AdAware antispyware.
But this time, Google is including a rival application into its own set. Does it mean there’s some partnerships undergoing with eBay/Skype? Will the next application to get included will be BitTorrent or a peer-to-peer file-sharing application? Or does it just mean Google doesn’t really care about GTalk as a standalone client, and prefer to keep it as a feature for GMail and other services?
