SightSpeed closer to Skype

SightSpeed makes a lot of noise today for the release of the version 5.0. As we already said, the new version integrates most of the version 4.6 beta. Plus this very trendy feature: TV distribution.

With this move, both SightSpeed really looks to the Skype twin brothers. SightSpeed is built on a proprietary peer-to-peer algorithm, so does Skype. Skype has the Novac USB key to broadcast TV programs, so does SightSpeed now. And if Skype’s founders unveiled their intention to go great at TV distribution, why not expecting SightSpeed to deal with some television channels to do the same.

Now a question: Converged media would imply converged business model?
