Posticking your cellphone

Let’s say it’s a matter of technology evolution: First, there were paper sticky notes that gave this shiny yellow-like aura to computer screens. Then, came ‘virtual’ sticky notes, those resizable windows with customizable colors and fonts, that crowded the effective reading zone of the screen even more.
Now, here are the cross-media reminders, that Posticky an authentic web 2.0 service, is working on.
Users will be given two accounts. Both connected to only one account, in fact. But the first one is a web-based private desktop, able to clip every little notes you want. And the second access is for cellphones, making sticky notes accessible from almost everywhere and with almost every phone.
The idea is simple but effective as it brings everything under the same hood. Currently, the service is in alpha stage, so don’t expect to find a lot of functionalities.
By talking about functionalities, Posticky has to find a lot of new interesting ones. Before them, a bunch of web services bet on to-do lists (like Ta-da List, Bla-Bla List, Tudu Lists, Remember The Milk, or voo2do) that can remind by emails. And for cellphones, corporate services already allow customers to access their notes through their Blackberry and Smartphones.
Here’s a screenshot for you, dear readers:
