Nokia N91: A cellphone, of course, but also a Podcast machine

When Robert Scoble stepped out from Microsoft to join a podcast startup, he accurately checked the trends… on the mobile phone market.

Nokia N91, the slick stainless nice piece of technology of the N Series, comes with a nice function: Podcasts direct download (via textually). This brings the phone a little closer to a Satellite radio, or even a TV set if you consider videocast as podcasts.

Even if the Nokia N91 might be not the best cellphone the Norwegian manufacturer has made ― it takes over 30-seconds to boot it and lacks of stereo Bluetooth support, reviewed Laptop Mag ― it’s still good news for podcasters and radio station owners. There is a lot more people using their mobile phones than going on the Net, as we already said in a past oped article.
