Odeo CEO admits some mistakes

For a CEO, it’s quite something to acknowledge he’s doing wrong. But that’s what Evan Williams admits when he listed mistakes he did at the head of Odeo, his venture in podcasting.
All of you are curious about what he did? Behaving as a big company while being a startup, which could be set in equation by: 1) trying to build too much; 2) Doesn’t understand enough its customers; 3) Not adjusting enough; 4) Raising too much money too early; 5) ‘not listening to my gut’. (We reformulate what Liz Gannes wrote at GigaOM)
In short, be narrow, be tiny is the diet that we could expect from Odeo in the coming weeks. But that doesn’t tell if Twittr (formely Twttr, note the subjective ‘i’ inclusion and the cool redesign) and Hellodeo will be left apart.
