Nintendo turning its DS into an IP phone?

Is Nintendo soft-introducing voice calling accessories to its portable game console DS Lite? Engadget spots a headset that could fit the job very well. It should be available for the Japanese market by September 14th for around $10.

These last days, some videos hit the YouTube shores showing some evidence that MSN Messenger could be launched on the Nintendo DS. Nintendo has already unveiled its intention to turn its console into a WiFi VoIP phone.
