Net2Phone going after Skype

Net2Phone might be not a Skype-killer voice client but it wants to kill Skype. The former company, acquired in February by IDT Corporation, is suing the latter for infringing a patent, Net2Phone patent number 704.

Net2Phone is seeking a permanent injunction and damages. But so far, it hasn’t showed any intention to include eBay in the patent case. It seems that, as StreamCast, everyone wants a piece of Skype.
