The Spanish police seized a pedophile network operating via MSN Messenger

Sometimes, the news show some ugly aspects of the human kind.

The Spanish police has discovered a pedophile network operating on “virtual communities” and through the MSN messenger voice client. Over 4.600 members worldwide could be indicted for their participation in this infanticide association. The network headquartered in Catalonia, a region situated in North-Eastern Spain. Over 4.000 photos of children were seized.

Do you fear the spread of such networks? Especially with the free VoIP clients? Do countries have to welcome wiretapping such as in the United States and the Net neutrality? Are there some efficient parent filters? What do you think?
