The cult of Mac leads Apple lovers to misname iPhone the upcoming iPod with voice over IP. But stop call it like that, readers. We won’t. And you won’t. Because the trademark is already taken by Nuvio.
Apple sure still reminds the bad experience of its Tiger operating system launch, a year ago. Right after the big announcement, the software company was punched by Tiger Direct with a trademark infringement charge.
So expect to see the device branded as iTalk, iMe, iCallYou, iHere.
