Besides the phone, Apple iPhone might host an IM

In the Apple iPhone quest, some are looking for the design of very anticipated phone, while some are digging under the firmware update to find details.

And among the first results, the Apple iPhone might contain the necessary functions to host an instant messenger or a VoWiFi phone application. Functions that are entitled as ‘t_feature_app_PHONE_APP’, ‘kPhoneSignalStrength,’ ‘clPhoneCallHistoryModel,’ ‘prPhoneSettingsMenu,’ or ‘t_feature_app_MESSENGER_APP’, AppleInsider reports.

To sum up rumors, the Apple iPhone should look as regular cellphone or a iPod Nano-like voice-controlled device, bear WiFi connectivity, contain a phone application and instant messenger, and of course, remain an iPod multimedia player.
