Flikzor, on-demand greetings for bloggers

Webcams has made its way into the indispensable computer equipment — thanks to computer makers but mainly to the MySpace generation. YouTube made it even more easier to record a video by plugging the webcam into its video sharing service. And Flikzor, another startup with a private beta service, banks on this social use of the computer tiny eye.
Through a widget, the service will let users create a video greeting for their visitors, and get their feedback in the same video form, says Mashable. It’s almost blogging in motion pictures, on demand conversation, or to put it on the innovation level, Flikzor is the Evoca 2-minutes audiocast greeting for video. Generated chunks of moving images will then be stored on Flikzor’s servers, which will pretty much mature into a community site with video instead of text.
Currently, the service cannot let people tag greeting message. The function should and mostly will be implemented. After that, it would be amusing to get a wall of greetings celebrating, let’s say, the New Year 2008 in the same time. Another hot function for Flikzor would be to extend the record/watching service to cellphones.

For the record, we recently reported about Flikzor which does the same, and SightSpeed has been providing the service more than a year with good image quality. […]
