VoIP to prepare future protestations

When other areas in the world are getting wired, some of them simply do the opposite. Have you read the Nepalese news lately? Several people killed during a demonstration for democracy in Kathmandu, Nepal? The King not willing a second to give away its over political privileges?
Well, he ordered last Saturday a major curfew over the Nepalese capital and according to some residents, some mobile phones and Internet services were blocked either. Protesters and political parties apparently use some VoIP Internet phone calls to organize the gatherings.
One situation leading to another, the French daily Liberation.fr published a paper yesterday on recent massive demonstration against the CPE, the government’s new economical policy. It tells how students in high school and college used cellphones to get prepared consciously before going in the streets.
Imagine how would be the government if some of them used WiFi/GSM mobile phones? Or if they used some Mabber unlimited SMS service?… What do you think?
