Mobile 2.0: Video and voice content for Cellcom

Web 2.0 is a viral buzzword that begins to go beyond the realm of the wired Internet. Cellcom, a large Israel telcos, is launching a 3G service for cellphones that allows users to publish their content on a community, people-rated site.

The platform will provide some Flickr- and YouTube-based services. But lacks instant messaging and voice conference functionalities. Cellcom’s previous attempt to leverage its services through the i-Mode platform failed, relayed TMCnet.
