Sending a PowerPoint-style picture slideshow by email will soon a thing of the past. In the wake of SlideShare, authorSTREAM is ready to take on those long-to-download email attachment files. Users just need to upload their PowerPoint files to convert them into a Flash-powered presentation, and then use it like any other widget.
AuthorStream also supports audio files, enabling anybody to make real presentation within a snap. Although other solutions are available, we kind of like AuthorStream. Files are smaller to download than screencast, while providing the same level of functionalities. (via mashable)
