Apple iPhone delayed?

iPhone or no iPhone isn’t anymore a question. Another consultancy research paper confirmed that “there is enough evidence to suggest Apple will launch such a device.” With this question answered, the new wondering is: When.

Rumors hints it would be out soon after the MacWorld conference in early January 2007. But against expectations, Apple might postpone the iPhone eventual release. “Based on our checks, we believe the timing of Apple’s iPhone commercial launch is around late first quarter 2007 to early second quarter 2007,” hints CIBC World Markets analyst Ittai Kidron.

Of course, a rumor could be wrong, but some think there’s a correlation between the ‘delay’ of the iPhone and the recent price drops of Apple shares. Why not… Although the iPhone isn’t supposed to pump Apple sales?
